Veeva Systems Doubles Down on Site-Focused Solutions

Veeva Systems is making waves in the clinical research technology space with its comprehensive suite of free and integrated tools designed specifically for research sites. Denali Rose, VP of Sales and Strategy for Site Solutions at Veeva, recently discussed the company's expanding presence in the site technology market during a Save Our Sites webinar.

The strategic advantage Veeva brings to sites extends beyond individual tools. With 80% of global clinical trials running on Veeva technology on the sponsor side, the company is uniquely positioned to create seamless integrations between site and sponsor systems. This means sites using Veeva SiteVault could eventually enter information once and have it automatically flow to sponsor platforms, eliminating redundant data entry and reducing administrative burden.

Currently, over 9,400 sites globally use Veeva solutions, with users consistently praising the platform's ease of use and exceptional customer support. The company maintains a dedicated site solutions division with its own engineering, services, and support teams, ensuring site-specific needs remain a priority.

Looking ahead, Veeva is embedding artificial intelligence capabilities directly into their platforms, with prototypes expected this year. The roadmap also includes enhanced financial integrations, business development tools, and continued expansion of site-centric features informed by their Site Advisory Council.

Veeva will showcase these solutions at the upcoming Save Our Sites conference in San Diego, where Rose will also present on mental health and burnout in clinical trials.
